DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
This is the first step of the process.
Our graphic design team will help you from a to
z whether you have the final design or you have
a rough idea of what you want.
They will capture and realize your idea in a
proposal design.
There is also the possibility to select a design
from our own design library which is constantly
changing and growing following the fashion trends.
At this stage we will also assist you with the fabric
selection in case is needed.
PROTOTYPING
During the prototype phase we make the first prints of your concept designs at a low number
of units. We will evaluate the prints in terms of color matching compared to the initial design.
Quality testing will be performed to assess the color stability on the fabric.
This is a pre-requirement to ensure that your design can be reproduced at an industrial scale.
At the end you select the qualifying prints.
PRINTING
Printing is the fun part for us. We will ensure to bring your prototypes in production
line without quality mismatches.
Our print house is equipped with digital printers and conventional
screen printing automated machines.
Once you select the final designs, we turn on our printers.
